New Jersey No-Fault-Arbitration Process
A party files a Demand for Arbitration with Forthright in accordance with Forthright's NJ No-Fault PIP Arbitration Rules. | ||||
Forthright notifies all parties of the arbitration with an initiation letter. | ||||
Forthright assigns a Dispute Resolution Professional (DRP) from its panel to decide the case. | ||||
Forthright sets a date, time and location and notifies the parties. | ||||
Parties submit written evidence and arguments. | ||||
Parties attend the in-person proceeding before the DRP and present their evidence. | ||||
The DRP considers the parties evidence and issues a written decision. |
